i know im in the minority but to me thats a good thing…it seems like they was struggling to keep the chemistry on the last few efforts i would have rather them topped out on minstrel show and leave the legacy alone.
for some reason i dug foreign exchange more then post 9th LB’s it just felt more organic…

They topped out at Getback. Yeah, I’mma stan for that album, but consider the fact that EVERY track on there is strong, plus it’s Illmatic-length – “Make it brief Son, half short and twice strong” © GZA
As far as Foreign Exchange feeling more organic…that may very well be the case…a dope MC who feels constricted by trying convey feelings through rap. Like Lauryn, Andre 3k, and others…
I know nothing lasts forever, and I get a little sad thinking about that fact, but hey, what can you do…?

Minstrel Show was LB’s finest hour.
Foreign Exchange is doooooooope though…can’t deny that.
I sincerely hope there is a clean version, with arrow noises and bullet sounds to cancel out the cuss words, I’ve always hoped for a full length effort in the same vein as the radio edit of T.O.N.Y.
