manny fresh’s intros were always looked forward to when i used to bump the shit out of cash money back in the day.
the intro to baller blocking is funny as fuck.
“Bring It Back” was the song off The Carter that made me a Wayne believer & convinced me to buy that album. The way dude was spittin’ on that one? Outta here.
In retrospect, Tha Carter was pretty solid all the way around. I can think of “Go DJ,” “Miss My Dawgs,” “Bring It Back” (the certified winner due to the shoutout to Soulja Slim)…there were so many standouts that worked as singles as well as just good ass music.
Tha Carter also had a buncha bullshit on it.

IMO he started spitting crazy on “Lights Out”. Pretty much been in a zone since then.
When this album was out, Wayne was in my top 5 rappers out.. Now i won’t even check for a single.. Damn shame how much he sold out.. But keep getting that money though, my broke blogging ass ain’t got no room to talk.. lol..
