But I can’t figure out for the life of me how re-hashed Biggie lyrics over a flip of Jay’s “Where I’m From” – with Puff crooning his Auto-Tuned heart out alongside the remainder of Danity Kane – can constitute “new.” Throw in a sprinkle of Enya for good measure & Hype Williams to catch it all for posterity sake.
Sounds more like a train wreck, no?
My question is if that ticket is a one way fare… or better yet refundable?

Ok, I’m not going to listen to this, but I will say that I am fed up of Puff using Biggie. It’s stale, i love me some B.I.G, however, I think there needs to be a limit on how much Puff can use whether or not he owns the masters or has permission. There’s remembering your ‘boy’ and there’s crossing the line imho.

I like the song! Definitely summer drive music! I understand the statements about the randomness of the Biggie verses, but I guess Diddy just wanted something solid and familiar on his new joint/venture to pull people in and possibly he just wanted/liked his verses being introduced by Biggie saying, “Watch my nigga bring the riot.”
Could’ve done without the Diddy “sex” scene! Wish Dawn and Keleanna were featured more than they were! Co-sign on the random church going mortorcycle gang. And YESSS!!! “Love Come Down” IS MY SHYT!!! THAT should have been their lead single! Maybe they’ll go hard on that one after the Jay-Z buzz dies down a little later this year. Hopefully, “Love Come Down” will be the next video. And Hopefully Hype Williams doesn’t fuch it up!!!
OK…. Keeping it 1hunned…. When the track starts it’s an INSTANT HEAD-NOD!!! You hear Biggie & you’re like OH SHE-EYE-TEA!!! Diddy does his subtle autotune, not nearly as horrible as T-Pain, Lil Wayne or Kanye have done. What would’ve made this song an incredible MASTERPIECE izzz… 1 more Biggie verse, a verse from Jay-Z & Diddy ONLY doing his part on the hooks & bridge.
That my friends would’ve made this song the DOPEST jam in the past 3 to 5 years EASILY!
