While many take this holiday weekend off as a respite to labor, Blu has decided to eschew that notion & keep working. Straight out of left field, Blu took to his Myspace to release his second instrumental collection in recent weeks. Ladies & germs, GODleeBarnes presents us with Open(theInstrumentalLP)ForTheHeadsWhoNeedBeats.

I find it heartwarmingly nonchalant to know that his mood for recording some of the songs was “FuckIt,WhyNot.” It truly makes it all the more enjoyable because if I hate’em, I figure he doesn’t care. And if I find them to be as good as the last set, it’s a W in the books.

And don’t worry, Blu’s going to go back to rappin’ soon enough.
