Speaking of, Big Sean tweeted a congrats to No I.D. on his ascension to the presidency of G.O.O.D. Music and I’d like to second that sentiment. For one, he’s been a staple & instrument in Chi-town’s sound for a prolonged period of time. Two, as his emergence as a interview subject has increased over the past few months, one gets the sense that he knows what’s needed in the game. For G.O.O.D., they seemed to need someone more hands on to cultivate projects by some of the deserving artists currently warming the bench.

Hopefully, No I.D. can be that coach to move the team from “G.O.O.D.” to great.
