I can’t really tell where this duo’s content is going to fit into today’s current music landscape. It doesn’t sound outdated, but it’s not earth-shattering, genre bending music either. Keith & Crook both shine on their verses but it’s as if Canibus didn’t even show up, at least not from the perspective of me & my speakers. Right now, I’d have to say Masta Ace & Ed O.G., formally known as A&E, > the Undergods when it comes to generational rappers forming duos to attempt comebacks. What I can tell you is the added in an ill sampling of Bob’s “I Shot The Sheriff” for the hook.
Either way, I’ll keep an open ear to both this project

gotty has rap-murr-phobia
One commercial record and these album would be as anticipated as “Blackout 2″ but Canibus has never made a commercial joint…Murray had a few
I like the beat and the lineup, but I don’t feel like any of them really brought the fire they are capable of…

It was worth listening to this…only for Crooked I, lol
Lol @ “generational rappers”
I dont think yall heard what Canibus said….read the song title and rewind the track…hip hop aint for everyone and thats where da industry got it f’d up SN: its a honor to be a “generational rapper” (especially this day in age). It ultimately mean you did ya thing when it was your time
Generational Rappers? Damn G. Why you had to put em out like that? Well, I guess they are dated. Can-I-Bus was sounding weak as. I was never a Keith Murray fan. The only reason why I like Def Squad was Red. If Canibus, keeps coming like that, I’ll pass.
canibus bar about writing one rhyme 100 times was ill, i was impressed by this song
