Fabolous Feat. Jay-Z - “Money Goes, Honey Stay (When The Money Goes Remix)” Video
AUDIO By TC on August 17, 2009 at 11:10 amI really commend artists who promote their albums to the fullest extent.
So far, Loso’s Way now has four videos, an accompanying blockbuster movie (as well as an in-depth block chart) and an exclusive remix with the hottest artist in the game. Even if you don’t like the music, you can’t knock the hustle.

Can’t knock DefJam. Def Jam is the best Label in the Game right now
If only the music was strong enough to merit all the promo.
This track is dope (even though it’s a Jigga hand me down) but for the most part, Loso’s Way is a lackluster effort.
Getting Jay to pop up in the video is never a bad look though lol.
I’m guessing that Freeway is REEEEEEALLY pissed off this morning…
Maybe if Jay-Z had promoted the Hip Hop acts on Def Jam when he was President, they would have ended on better terms. lol
Fab gets credit alone for having Jay in the video. Hov hardly ever does guest appearances anymore. Last I remember is Rihanna’s “Umbrella” video. I could be wrong though.
You’re right though, TC. Gotta respect the hustle if nothing else.
Jay failed for not grooming some young MC’s to rep the brand. You gotta give it to Dame cause it’s obvious who had the vision at Roc-A-Fella.
Does Young Chris even have Hov’s number?
Love the treatment of the video but the song sucks
I still haven’t heard this album…help please.
@complex: cosign
I like how everyone blames Jay-z for not running Def Jam well. If you tell a superstar chef to run the McDonalds franchise, I bet you that shit wont work out too fly. What did anyone expect?
Dude dabbles in investment type businesses. But as far as executive training and business management, he has people do that so he doesnt exactly know that shit too heavy. At least not enough to run a label that big. So when they made him president, it was merely a promotional move, i think. A very misguided one.
to me Dash doesn’t have Da Vision
if Rocafella was dopeness before jayz’s DefJam Presidence, it was because dudes was fucking good on the mic… that was Fresh ! beats was crazy !! that’s it !!!

=======================
Dame signed every last rapper on The Roc (except for Bleek). All Jay did was rap.
Jay-Z signed Uncle Murder, Tru-Life & Aztek.
Nuff said lol.
Dame signed every last rapper on The Roc (except for Bleek). All Jay did was rap.
=======================================
What else did Jay need to do but rap? Sure him being involved on the executive side is great, but his biggest role was to provide chances for everyone by rapping.
Dame needed to do something to pull his weight right?
What else did Jay need to do but rap?

Not a thing.
All I was saying is that Dame was the visionairy behind The Roc.
My bad Amp, read your comment wrong
& the video does a good job of bringing his lyrics to life. I enjoyed the song a lot more.
“Big Spender” is a waaay better song than this, and Hova couldnt/wouldn’t do a video. Plus, Freeway is a waaay better artist.

^
why he doesn’t do that again so…
“SO MAKE ANOTHER HOVA”
sorry but it was more easy to sign someone in 90’s than 00’s
plus it was more mo easy to get Platinium too
DIDDY signed Biggie ! Black Rob, Mase
then Joc, Cassie, Danity kane
sorry!!! but that’s truth !!
Diddy >>>>> Dame
Diddy >>>>> Dame
=================
No contest lol. Bad Boy had the illest roster.

That whole split took that man’s spirit.
And watching Prey IV Reign flop did it again.
Dope ass video!!!
That whole split took that man’s spirit !
^
so this split demonstrates the importance of Jay-Z in Dame’s Success to find spittas and dope street rappers. it was Dame’s job !!!
Cuz what i see now it’s without jigga,
no attractive affiliation
no aura..!
back then, jigga build his career, he wasnt a total businessman like Dame
so of course Dame was better, cuz he was the businessman and jayz was the artistic certification of the product. he was the art…
“Dame ate good, pretty good” (c) Shawn Carter
lol
