I’m not one to speculate and therefore I’m not gonna toss any names out. But shit, this feels about as obvious as Brooke Hogan’s opinion on spray tanning. N.O.R.E drops such hints as “There already is…People are still gonna go to his parties. People are still gonna buy his belts, his purses, his sneakers,” in the context of talking about whether there’s going to be an openly gay rapper in the future.
Now giving them (the unnamed rappers) the benefit of the doubt, I can think of a few artists with sneaker deals (not many actually sell). Maybe even a few with belts. But shit, purses? Only one of the Dons of the rap game got the handbag hook-up. I don’t know shit, but I’m just saying I wouldn’t be surprised.

Nore already said Neptunes got a cocker spaniel on SuperThug, meaning, someone on their team is as gay as said dog (funny, I know.) Anyway, he was talking about Pharrell back then and mentioned it in an interview a few years back: ’05 I believe. He’s still talking about Pharrell now. I wasn’t surprised when I first heard it and I doubt most heads would be either.
