Am I excited about the upcoming G.I. Joe film?
No.
But I got more hyped up about the new Snake Eyes fitted that got unveiled at Comic Con in San Diego. There was a case of double irony however when Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje introduced the cap to the masses.
1. Adewale isn’t playing Snake Eyes but Heavy Duty in the film.
2. Known for his role as Adebisi in HBO’s “Oz,” he barely kept his skully on his dome.
If you’re a fan of both G.I. Joe and New Era caps, this one is definitely for you. But if you like something simple, definitely steer clear away.

I just thought about it… why aren’t they giving dude that actually plays Snake Eyes his props? Dude didn’t even get any fame from playing Darth Maul.
Snake Eyes was clearly the favorite from both the G.I. Joe comics and the cartoon. This movie is gonna lose credibility if they try to flash the spotlight on Duke and Hawk too much.
On a tangent: a brunette Sienna Miller (Baroness) is a good look.

I Love G.I. Joe. Had 167 Action Figures in the ’80s & have quite a few new eras now but I can’t rock this.

I have no idea what I was thinking when I purchased that.
I think if you are a pre-teen or in your early teens then you could get away with it.
