If Akon didn’t use the same played out formula, Dro would have a better shot at “Nasty” blowing up. Hook aside, the colorful P$C soldier rapping in between harps and a dirty synth bass keeps the song afloat. Hopefully the hoochies catch on and put this over the top for his sake, because that spot alongside T.I.P has been alluding him for years and he could use a solid follow up to “Take Off.”
