Yes, Clef sanctioned this.
Who does Wyclef think he is?
B.o.B ’s got all the hype and there’s only 24 hours in a day. I’m sure not dedicating 5.519% of my day on top of the space already allocated to Bobby Ray because he had the decency to make reservations. Well, at least I wasn’t planning on it anyway.
Clocking in @ 32 songs, I would’ve taken just 31 tracks & time spent creating a better cover. Interestingly enough, this tape is a good listen…notwithstanding the cover.
1. Coming to America (Intro)
2.Last Time I Rhymed
3.Streets Wanna Know
4.Bustin Them Slugs
5.Nino Brown
6.You Better Pray Johnny (Interlude)
7.Johnny’s Dead (feat Styles P)
8.Play Me When I’m Dead (Interlude)
9.Africa
10.F.B.I. Knockin at my Door
11.Why I Doo This
12.Blood in Your Eye (feat The Game)
13.Operate On Me (feat Lil Wayne)
14.Been Away Too Long
15.Lauryn Hill and The Fugees (Interlude)
16.If You Wanna (feat Lauryn Hill)
17.Gettin Money Since 1996 (Interlude)
18.Rap Rock n Roll Star
19.Allow Me to Re-Introduce Myself (Interlude)
20.Sweetest Girl (Cream Mix) (feat Lil Wayne Raekwon and Akon)

Sak pasé!
teef my hatian is a little rusty, wtf you sayin?
I fucks wit Clef. I already put this on the phone earlier, I just have to find some time between Bar study to actually listen to it.
@ Chuck_You - it means, “what’s happenin?”
This tape is dope if you like clef already. I fucks wit so it was nice to hear him be a more “street” than labels allow him to be.
He talks about how this is his first tape ever. Its dope a good listen through
Its a good tape forsure with a return of lauren hill. That makes is coppable. CLef thinks 1,000,000 cats will be listenin to this. I say maybe over the course of a year. I didn’t even know this was coming out.
I see the “designer” (and i use that term loosely) got a hold of some GoMedia clipart.
SMH
I’ma have to cop this ED HARDY tape.
This mixtape is like 3 years old .. or close to it.
Nina- Wyclef tweeted (god I’m on twitter I feel so gross) about it early yesterday.
I’m not sure when this tape came out, but why are people always trying to one up each other with their “knowledge of hip-hop chronology”? Just enjoy the music, don’t try and make other people seem less than because you think you have this ever-expansive rap knowledge.
@ God,
No one is trying to one up anyone. I stated a fact. Shit is old.
Some people like to know the yr something was released and I’m one of them. Doesn’t matter if I’m listening to old 70s shit or new shit I like to know the year something dropped for MANY reasons. Maybe you don’t see a reason or significance for this but then thats you.
Sorry you thought I was trying to show off. I just thought the person who posted it was bring it back for a reason and wanted to talk about it but I was surprised all he was doing was posting an old cd. Guess thats what u get following Clef on twitter.
Yeah, always have fuck’d with clef. I liked this tape. I believe it originally came out around carnival ii.

Wyclef pisses me off too much for me to like anything he does anymore.
After he passively supported the coup against Aristide, everything that comes out of his mouth is utter bullshit to me. Now he thinks he can just do a concert, hand out free t-shirts to people that are starving, shoot a fake documentary in cite soleil, then go back to the Hampton’s and think it’s all good.
On the real, I think he’s on the CIA payroll.
And besides, his lyrics suck. Have you heard that “Africa” song? It’s stupid, and totally not deep or insightful.
“If the United States of America can be the United States of America, why can’t Africa be the United States of Africa?”
No seriously. That’s the hook.
Okay, I’m done.
P.S. - See, when I hate, I hate with purpose.
