Unbelievable result! United States are through to the final of the Confederations Cup in South Africa. They will either play South Africa or Brazil in the final.

Spain, current champions of Europe, couldn’t breakdown the USA, despite superstar players like Torres, Alonso, Villa, Puyol, Xavi, Piquet etc etc all being present.

United States rode their luck a bit, but no denying their courage and effort, think this even tops the last result where they beat the current World Cup holders Italy.

Remarkable stuff, I think the footballing world as a whole is in shock right now.

Hope it is a USA vs Brazil final on Sunday, if USA win that one, then wow!

I think the Yankee stock in the game just went up, and I don’t just mean by buying out Premier League clubs either.
