Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune was one of the games that almost swayed me to cop a PS3 back in ’07. I knew I had to at least try the preview at E3 since the release of the sequel, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, is around the corner. Naughty Dog, the developers behind the series, are really pushing all the new features in their latest effort. You can’t question the fact that Mos Def is one of the most talented emcees in the game. You can, however, question his commitment to Hip-Hop over the last five years. The lucrative opportunities offered to Mos on big and small screen have been too much for him to pass up. But you can’t take without giving something up, and what has suffered has been Mos’ musical career. 2006’s True Magic was panned for its lack of cohesion and consistency, the work of a man with too much on his plate.

The same criticisms can be raised on The Ecstatic, an, uneven unpolished offering from the aspiring Renaissance man. Employing his experiences from sojourning various poverty-stricken nations gives the music a contemporary influence, yet the biggest problem with The Ecstatic is its disjointed nature—there’s no consistent flow from song to song or overarching theme within the project. Watching the Hulk Hogan family drama unfold over the last couple of years has been difficult to watch, especially for us 80′s babies that grew up on saying our prayers and eating our vitamins. The Hogan family has become a freakshow of incestuous pictures, jail time for Hulk’s son and pictures of a kid half the Hulkster’s age gallivanting around town with Hulk’s wife.

Recently I was reminiscing about how awesome it was to be a Hulk Hogan fan growing up. Looking back on his matches, it’s pretty obvious that Hogan could barely put on a decent headlock as he was one of the worst wrestlers to ever perform once the match started. However, you don’t get to be such a megastar in wrestling without having a few great matches. So TSS is here to rank the top 5 Hulk Hogan matches of all-time.

5. Vs. Andre The Giant At Wreslemania III

This is possibly the biggest moment in wrestling history as Hulk Hogan and Andre The Giant met in front of 93,000 people n the Pontiac Silverdome. Hogan’s career was made the moment he bodyslammed Andre. This is an iconic image. But if you watch the match in its entirety, you’ll see it’s like watching a group of amputees trying to play Red Rover. Neither man was good in the ring and this match was horrendous. However, the big moment and sheer historical important makes this an easy top 5 pick.

A woman and her husband walk into an airport. They miss their flight home from a Brazilian vacation. The Air France jet takes off and disappears with it’s 288 passengers into the wild blue yonder, while the woman and her husband land happily ever after on a later flight.

Epilogue: The woman dies in a car crash a few days later.

Johanna Ganthaler, a pensioner from the Bolzano-Bozen Province (South Tyrol), and her husband Kurt, were vacationing in Brazil and missed Air France flight 447 from Rio de Janeiro to Paris on June 1. The couple took a flight to Europe later that day.

The car veered off the road near Kufstein, Austria, killing Johanna.

Asics Gel Lyte III’s are beginning to come one of my go-to shoes in the rotation, supplanting Nike’s stranglehold over my closet. Clean & comfortable, but with a little extra in the design with the signature split-tongue.

These charcoal, yellow & teal III’s released overseas (at least to my knowledge) and I was lucky enough to nab a rare size 13 from Allike. Considering the delays that come with international shipping, these should be across the pond & on their way in the next day or two. They need to hurry because my Major SS shirt awaits them.
