Let the Bulls(hitters) fans cry about the refs; we have to realize every game the Celtics won has been because of the refs. And every game the Bull(shitters) win is because of they are the greatest. So when we win Game 7, we have to make sure the refs get props on the win. lol
The refs have been terrible for both teams the entire series. I was at the game last night with my guy who is from Beantown/Beantown fan and we knew we were going to get another poorly officiated game as soon as we saw Joey Crawford.
That game was fucking amazing to be at. Best sporting event I have ever seen in my life. PERIOD. And I would say that even if the Chi lost. Just an incredible game. The atmosphere in the crowd was SIIIICK.
The crowd had Rondo shook. Even my guy who was at the game with me noticed. 3 days ago, Rajon Rondo was just a really good point guard for the Boston Celtics and along with Derrick Rose, was tantalizing us all with a potential rivalry to last a decade. Now, he’s one of the most hated guys in Chicago, and likely will be for a loooong time. He might as well expect the treatment he received in game 6 for the rest of his career anytime he is playing in Chicago. He was booed the loudest during player introductions He was booed loudly each and every single time he touched the ball. Regulation. OT. Double/Triple OT. BOOOOOOOO. Along with all sorts of curse words and creative nicknames.
And when he got mixed up with Kirk Hinrich in the 1st quarter? That made the crowd rabid. Don’t know what you heard on TV, but it started with a classic “Rondo Sucks.” As the referees sorted through the mess of it all, the “Rondo Sucks” became “F**k You Rondo” followed by a “clap-clap-clap-clap-clap.” Yep, the crowd went there. But you know what? It all helped. Every BOOOO.
Ask my friend who was at the game with me. Rondo was shook. Intimidated. The crowd was in his head. He wasn’t his usual cocky, aggressive self. He was hesitant to drive to hoop, reluctant to get knocked to the floor by a Chicago big man. He was settling for jumpshots His body language told the story. He wasn’t carrying himself like a guy who came into game 6 averaging a triple-double for the series. He preferred to play the role of facilitator, tying Bob Cousy for a Celtics Playoff record with 19 assists, but going scoreless in the first half, finishing with only 6 for the game. The Chicago crowd getting in Rondo’s head was a major factor in this W. I don’t think he’s ever experienced any sort of tension like that directed solely at him. Maybe at his teams (Kentucky in college, Boston now) but not SOLELY at him. And it impacted his game.
This series has been incredible. Jesus Shuttlesworth does not care about your fucking life! That 2 from the corner over Noah was pretty much right in front of me…I CALLED him shooting that shot from that spot before the play. Man I will be re-living this game in my head for the rest of my life.

Joey Crawford is one of the most ignorant human beings on this earth. Other than the fact that the Refs can’t do any wrong in Stern’s eyes; I don’t know why he is considered one of the better refs. Hell his personal beef with Tim Duncan caused him to be suspended. The atmosphere in that arena yesterday was incredible. They gipped Ray on that 3. lol!!!

Yeah I never understood how Joey is considered a dope ref when he ALWAYS imposes his will on the game and makes jank calls. I’m not breaking bread to see you ref, Joey! And after the Timmy D incident, I don’t see how A) he keeps his job and B) he STILL refs Spurs games, I think he reffed game 2 or 3 of the Spurs series this year. I can’t believe how amazing Ray has been for y’all. I seriously thought he was DONE before last season and he killed, been even better this year. I read somewhere that he’s a workout/fitness/yoga freak and has NEVER had a drink of alcohol or a smoke of anything in his life. To say the atmosphere at the UC last night was “incredible” is a bigger understatement than stating that Guru auto-tune joint is huffery. lol. I been going to Bulls playoff games since MJ. I been to Bulls-Knicks and Bulls-Cavs in 92, Bulls-Knicks in 93, Bulls-Sonics in 96, Bulls-Heat in 97, Bulls-Pacers in 98, and this was by FAR the best Bulls game, playoff or otherwise, best sporting event of any sport, I have attended EVER. TV doesn’t do justice to how amped and deafening the crowd was. Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. My voice is still slowly recovering back to normal and my ears are still ringing. I have a mild headache. I’m tired like I played or something. I spent the entire second-half and all 3OT standing up.The fact that the seats were courtside made shit even more gravy. Best $80 I’ll ever spend.

Stern needs a dose or reality; Crawford is not a good ref. He thinks it’s all about him. The best refs are the ones you don’t know are there. The let the game flow and make the calls when needed. Hopefully he is no where near Boston on Saturday, I hear they need refs for the Rockets v Fakers series. lol!!!
