Since Nipsey and Jay Rock have recently been heralded as the unofficial Left Coast spokesman, you haven’t heard much from Glasses Malone. He got signed to Sony for a cool 1.7 about a year ago, then vanished. Quite possibly for a worthy cause, though. Not only is “60 Million Dollar Flow” the lead single/video off the Next Day Air soundtrack, but it will also be featured on Malone’s highly anticipated debut album, The Beach Cruiser, which is finally going to see some sunshine on August 10th.
“Dressed sharper than machete edges rubbed against the ground/Bitches love a aggin’s sound, homies swear to God Mausberg back around…”
In the meantime, this shit goes hard.
In my humble, Glasses > Nipsey and Jay all day.

I know this is off-topic but…
Anyone holding an acappella of David Banner’s “Get Like Me?”
I thought Glasses was on Cash Money?
Dizope, the beat is fire, slick lyrics, good flow and distinctive voice. Overall, top notch track.
Glasses is dope, but Nipsey is more vicious on the mic. Still, I’m just glad the that ninjaz are paying attention to Cali.
ps: Anybody holding that new Yukmouth album??? I think that it was released last week.
@Amp, last year on sony ! then…
and he’s now on baby’s cash money
The West Coast Don is the fifth album by American rapper Yukmouth, scheduled to be released July 14, 2009 on Smoke-a-Lot Records/Asylum Records.
Could be wrong, but he’s on CM only as an artist. However I believe he was shopping his own label (Blu Division). That might be where the Sony deal came in (thought it was Universal but what do I know). I think he was on Black Wall Street for a minute too.
Songs alright, the movie was… different. Not bad but not what I was expecting.
RMF…
Left coast spokesman? Croked I.
