It’s a damn shame, D was THAT dude back in what 97/8?

He was passionate & raw & I loved him for that. My favourite performance of his is on Def Jam’s ‘Survival of the Illest’. You can feel the atmosphere shift when it’s his turn to perform.

@ E. Brock, I happened to be out in Yonkers back in 2001 and I kid you not I saw DMX kill a grizzly bear, three pitbull terriers and a Japanese Akita with his hands. Then he beat the shit out some Bokeem Woodbine looking motherfucker, because knucker was dissing Boomer! That was a strange night indeed, I’m sure the trees were alive and they moved about too, but they tell me jazz like that is the norm in Yonkers.

I gotta give it to Clifford. He sure did pimp the legal system to the best of his ability. He gets credit for his house arrest and only has to do 3 months or so…good for him. Plus the fact that dude really has used this negative time in his life to do some good in the form of talking to the kids etc is commendable…..

On a side note Paper Trail was still bumpin everywhere in Amsterdam and Frankfurt when I was there.
