This was the first track that came my way this AM and I’m glad it did. In fact, waking up to anything resembling a classic like “Bonita Applebum” is not a very unpleasant task. B.o.B brings a breath of fresh air to the scene with nostalgic throwback, altered with a touch of his own persona. “Put Me On” is a silhouette of the ATCQ classic reworked with a chorus that’s smooth like butter, effortless delivery on Bobby’s part & a taste of the South thrown in for good measure.
