Let’s try this again.
I couldn’t help but notice the overwhelming attention the album cover from Busta’s lastest mixtape received opposed to how well him and Fizzy Womack traded bars over some DJ Scratch kelvin. I could’ve swore the “judging books by their cover” principle was reinforced in kindergarden but the innernuts has it’s way of steering folks wayward so that’s where I come in.
My responsibility as an album reviewer is to point cats in the direction of the greener pastures since there’s storeloads of music hitting the net every given hour. And I can honestly say that I Bullshit You Not is one of the best (if not thee) mixtapes to drop in 2009.
Pretty bold statement considering the Drizzies and Raekwon’s are setting the streets on fire, but truthfully speaking, you could slap ““Respect My Conglomerate” and “Arab Money” on there for radio assurance and you’re left with one of the best albums of the year. And if he was holding back for Back On My B.S. which releases May 19th, then the competition is in serious trouble.

@ TC: My ninja, the Busta is hot like lava for sure but just the intro track alone on “Gone Fishing” is crazy as shit!!! Linking up with Don Cannon was a good look for the Kids.
