It’s only April 2nd, but I can pretty much assure you this is the best $5 you’ll spend all month. If I’m lying, I’m dying. As anyone who’s listened to Sweeet, Smooove, Bittersweeet or anything by Neil, his mixes simply just do not disappoint. And after all that touring and hangin’ with Hov, he’s finally decided to drop a tape on the masses. Yep, Sweeet Part 2. You can see the song selection to see you’re getting good music, but no words are going to describe how magnificently Neil puts it together.
Here’s a little tester for you, an audio sample of Sweeet Part 2.
Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.
I implore you to preorder. Only $5 plus shipping & handling between April 1-5, so cop it for the cheap.
As for the Mr. Furley sportcoat & shirt Neil’s rocking on the cover…well, they don’t make those any more. Thankfully.

I was wondering if/when you were gonna get around to helping Neil get some pub, lol
the 1st Sweeet? Oh my god, EASILY one of the Top 5 greatest mixes of all time, fuck your life if you don’t agree, and there’s not even any rap on it
and that outfit he’s rocking on the cover (which I guess he’s recycling & reusing for the new one) just shows we’re ahead of the curve when it comes to certain things…Taz is not as futuristic as he’d like to think he is, lol
Best $5 spent? you goddamn right
Dude is one of the illest dj’s out there. Between him, J. Period, Dj Jamad, and Trackstar the Dj; you can’t lose.
Thats dope shit…this is how mixtapes should be…I dont wanna hear the phucking DJ screaming his name all over the shit and saying exclusive and what not, hell I can read the songlist…In my opinion the DJ makes the mixtape hot NOT the MC…

so true. As Neil himself has suggested, you really shouldn’t look at the tracklist beforehand, it’s not even a question as to whether or not the song selection is on point.
The 1st Sweeet had such a broad appeal due to its “Oh no he didn’t just play that! Dang, he took me back!” factor…strictly R&B/Dance/Pop/Party tunes PERFECT for cookouts and what not, definitely kid-friendly, but all put together with a hip-hop aesthetic, ill blends & transitions
get/find ALL his mixes, they don’t disappoint, you could clean house or road trip with these joints and keep everybody happy, and they provide a nice little break from all the monotony of whatever it is you usually listen to
that mixtape he made for one of his friend’s weddings was crazy
I missed part 1 but I keep hearing it was ill
I must cop based on the Bootsy track being included.
but I can pretty much assure you this is the best $5 you’ll spend all month. If I’m lying, I’m dying

Sorry Gotty, but dances at Pin Ups are only $5.
Stripper’s ass > this tape. You’re dead.
I’ll cop anyway though.
Must cop. Must cop. Must cop.
I was wondering if/when you were gonna get around to helping Neil get some pub, lol

Kuttin Kandi’s wedding. Still got that joint too. I want to say I had to trade my next child for a physical copy.
