“Sunday Morning Is Everyday…”
AUDIO By Gotty™ on April 29, 2009 at 9:38 amHowever, today is Hump Day. But it feels like I’m on the wrong side of the hump. Therefore, give me some dark, brooding Nirvana, personal space & your prayers. No, the choice of music and these cryptic words are of no indication that I’m going to eat my gun today. It’s just one of those days where I can feel that patience as well as time are on low reserve.
The spirits of Jesus & Kurt Cobain will be my fuel today.

word.
i got Nevermind on the iPod, but haven’t really listened to it, aside from the singles.
Man, reading his Wikipedia entry is a trip.
Tumultuous life, to say the least. Broken home, taunts & bullying from schoolmates…and the drugs.
Dude was a tormented soul.
I was listening to Unplugged the other day. I should watch it b/c watching it is 3-4x better.
Nobody can say TSS is close minded.
Man on the Nevermind album for me the production is too clean you should try to find the demo’s man far better!
Nevermind is 1 of my favorite albums of all time.
u should check it all out Teef, the singles arent even the best songs.
/\ Is that the real Keith?
The Unplugged album is easily my favorite live album ever. not only do they take a completely different approach to their own songs, but they fucking murder songs by the meat puppets, david bowie, lead belly. and it flows so effortlessly.
watching it is infinitely better though.
Man I’ve been listening to Nirvana a lot lately.
It’s always good to hear when someone else is in as much pain as you THINK you are.
they take a completely different approach to their own songs

Yes. I was about to post the Unplugged version of “Something…” but when I kept listening to it, it just didn’t have the same sound as the record version. They almost sound like totally different songs.
watching it is infinitely better though.

Agreed.
“Come As You Are” (pause?) is literally the only song I know on the guitar…
Nirvana Unplugged is one of my favorite albums of all time. Nirvana is top five bands. And that is a GREAT picture of Kurt.
in utero is better
That sign still exists. I just drove past it on my way from Portland to Seattle on I-5.
overrated
‘Bleach’ my favorite Nirvana album. Incesticide is also vicious.
