This one’s special. A little obscure for it appeared on what would be the first of several Bad Boy bombs this decade but it reigns supreme in “who-the-hell-greenlit-this-chorus” history.

Child Of The Ghetto will always be remembered as the album that hosted “Special Delivery” but midway through, the two former Bad Boy’s linked up in Daddy’s House (||) to create a superb banger marred only by the funny styled hook:

Yes, we. As in G-Dep and I have firearms and our johnsons out being measured on the same scale as the coke we’re rapping about. I can remember playing the track outloud in 2001 and my friends frankly telling me to “turn that shit off.” The beat produced by Knobody and Sean C. (of American Gangster fame) was something serious and yes, Dep and Shyne both got down. Hmmm…pause that.

But that chorus is something atrocious and it hints that Shyne actually enjoyed delivering it. The Po must be short for “Poke.”
