its probably deliberate but i can’t get over the snare, it sounds like a garageband instrument. and honestly drake brings nothing new to the table

musicians are all just trying to fool the world into thinking that they’re ‘real’ and ‘worth paying for’, and im beyond tired of seeing rappers with the same image. im sure youre tired of hearing people complain about it too, but nobodys taking it seriously. drakes one of those rappers who does things for himself, as opposed to doing things for rap

the game needs change and youre the motherfucking cashier?? no youre not. youre a hit w the mainstream but no avant garde

His rhymes definitely where not rushed incoherent nursery rhymes, I think you not be listening cuz you dont like wayne

Would it be possible to get all of Drake’s music with the Lil’ Wayne verses edited out? I have totally avoided Drake because I am vehemently opposed to listening to Weezy. His voice and style just bothers me way too much. I just listened to that track and it was fucking sick… at least the beat fades out and lets you know that you can change the song before Wayne gets on it. Seriously though, I may just have to make an “edited” copy and pull all the Wayne verses out. That sounds like some serious hating, but does no one else have that problem? It really honestly kind of bothers me to hear Wayne soil a track with his rushed incoherent nursery rhymes…

Big drake fan, but i know this is not the “cool” thing to say, but wayne killed that last verse. I would say he outshined drake on the track. I know everyones pressed on drake, but his verses could have been a lot better. specifically the first verse. I know everyone hates wayne so this is prob blasphemy

Drake should be affiliated with Wayne but he shouldn’t do too many songs with him…That was what made me say So Far Gone fell short of classis…Wayne fucks up everything on that CD lyrically in every sense….

I wish somebody would tell Lil Wayne was lyrical…he can rhyme but not in the sense that people should praise him…

Drake however is tight as hell man (pause)…Successful woulda been a classic joint if the hook just rode the rest of the song out and Wayne didn’t fucking rhyme at the end…One bad apple can spoil the batch…as far as wayne is concerned..his verse “sucks dick with teeth” © LC Weber
