If you think Bobby Ray is the only fresh faced ATLien with an abundance of energy, apparently you’ve yet to meet Donnis. Crack a bottle if you got ‘em, because this kid is out for the party life to represent him.
And don’t forget your lighters because he does realize this is The Smoking Section.

wow just goin off that song “high” it sounds like someones been listenin to young dro a little too much . . . im def hearin a resemblance
The new skool are really struggling for a stand out huh?
NAS & Jay-Z still rule the roost, that’s the creamiest of the crop and as good as it will ever get.
Take off the multi coloured skittle clothing styles and go get some skooling from Starks and Chef.
@ Paw
not a stan, and moee often than not, not a fan, but w/ Platinum sales in today’s market, wouldn’t Lil’ Wayne be the stand out?
^
* more
@OED, yes LIl Wayne stands out when you put it like that.
But there is nobody out there with a potential lyrical legacy that will scrape at the surface of what Jay Z and NAS have cemented.
Like T La Rock said…….It’s Yours (in this case it’s NAS’ and Jay Z’s).
T La Rock, the album cover wit da FFF t-shirt.
the story is crazy about this ish, that’s Hip-hop
French Connexion wuddup ! PEACe
Nice I like this fo sho. Real dope.
Rap is getting older. And as a result things have changed. This isn’t one lane rap, one lane of promo, only one person can rule. As time passes, the almost subgenres are gonna keep developing, sort of like how saying an artist does “Rock” does really describe his music.
Donnis is dope, I’ve heard him on plenty of tracks and he’s on point most def. Gotty is right, as hiphop progresses more variants will surface. It’s good for the music, keeps things interesting!!!
Anyone hearin major static on that “high” track? I hope that isn’t intentional, its givin me a headache
Name Pill, not Pillz. Preciate the support bro! Dope CLip!!! New mixtape coming soon!
check out his cut “Dope Girl” as well
@Gotty, variant strains shall and do indeed crop up, but they seldom produce any shining stars.
If I were to hedge my bets then I would say Blu and Wale, but the rest of them got about as much charisma as a tall glass of Sprite, left parlaying on thr window sill for three days straight.
Heroes are often forgotten, legends are usually remembered.
Trye school legends are the pillar and the backbone, that’s why they are part and parcel of the annals of musical history.
The so called vast majority of the next generation, they will come and go like a breeze on a summers day.
This as an era of disposable arts, everyone’s an emcee, the question is though does one have that certain it factor which will put you ahead of the rest of the pack and give you widespread critical and true heads acclaim.
Trye = True
