Admittedly, it was hard to stomach the Peas’ mega-pop makeover after Fergie joined the fray and they acquired a new fanbase, 99.9% of who didn’t even exist beforehand. But since 2006′s undeniably fresh The Dutchess and will.i.am. breaking new ground as an Auto-Tuner and Hip-Hop hitmaker, the polish on the quartet’s artistic merit is finally starting to shine through for all to see.
That doesn’t mean they’re still not a Pop act. But if this particular track is any indication of what lies ahead with The Energy Never Dies , then June is gonna be hot for more reasons than the temperature.

Even when they make good songs (which they do more often than not) the syrupy nature of the sounds/topics and all the corny fuckers that are under the impression that these cats are rappers just turns me off. They have as much talent as the Fugees, but with none of the subtlety.
the video and vocal effects are kind of cool but the beat and verses (if you can even call them that) are so fucking terrible.
It’s quite good, me thinks.
Is anyone holding the observe and report soundtrack?
