Reasonable Doubt – I can play it from top to (almost) bottom the rest require me to keep the remote in my hand.

I don’t really rate the Blueprint, it’s like a Vol.3 for me, what I mean by that is I can only listen to 2-4 tracks off those albums.

I understand the hype behind this album because of the Takeover but that was ONE song and (as a Jay supporter) even that imo was devoured by Ether.

V2 is cool (Streets is Watching), but V3 filler.
Dynasty cool, although You, Me, Him & Her (which I love) would have been a betta track w/o Amil… I prefer the live version of that track :o), BA, AG what I’ve come to expect of the man..

This would be easy breezy, for me. Disc 2. “U Don’t Know (Remix)” is my favorite track off the entire album. The only track I’d really miss off the first disc would be “A Dream”.

As far as Jay’s albums go the only one that didn’t get much air play was Kingdom Come. The only track that I’d still listen to would be “Lost One”. Maybe “Show Me What You Got”, if I’m drunk enough lol. All his the other albums stayed in heavy rotation for a couple weeks/months after they initially dropped.

I’d rather have the original version of “The Watcher 2″ when it was just Dre and Rakim with Hittman and Truth Hurts as mentioned in The Source and Hittman mentioned one time in an interview. Supposedly this was the first song Ra record with Dre.

Vol.1 (How people are trying to say any of the other volumes are better than 1 makes absolutely no sense)

Blueprint 2
Kingdom Come (I don’t think Kingdom Come is even that bad of an album and that just shows how solid of a discography God has.)

i wholeheartedly agree; subpar effort from an excellent artist at the pinnacle of the “bling” era. “come & get me” is the one track that stands out to me. after that … if someone brings up vol. 3, i immediately think of “s. carter” feat. amil. case closed.

@ _1979– I wouldn’t say Vol3 was trash (like I called BP2), but I thought it was definitely one of Jay’s weaker efforts. Several of Jay’s albums are amongst the top 20-30 of the past 10 years. Vol3 probably doesn’t crack the top 100. I was startled to see that several people here put it over Vol2.
