Anyone who can blow $300m over 20 years definitely has more interesting days & weeks that we do, right? I’m definitely rooting for this documentary to be an accurate depiction of all facets of a complicated man (remember, it got a standing ovation @ Cannes).

Don King is actually town tonight for Khan vs Barrera.
All that dude seems to talk about is money, power and glory.

Should be a good fight, it’s make or break for Khan, I’m vouching for him because he grew up same neighbourhood as me, literally one minute walk from my house.
But you know, he has speed, power and youth on his side, but that glass chin.
Barrera is a bonafide legend of the ring, but he is now 35 years old, but all those ring wars and experience is something you cannot put a price on.
Should be an explosive bout, like I said it’s make or break for Khan. If Barrera wins then he is back for the big fights.
Age ain’t nothing but a number as Marquez and Sugar Shane Mosley recently have proven.

My friend also claims that he bumped into Tyson a month or so ago in Vegas, apparently he just roams around aimlessly around one of the places where the jackpot machines are, with nobody paying attention to him.
My friend said he broke the ice with him and brought him a drink at the bar, jovial and talkative guy, but obviously a shadow of his former self.
Oh yeah one thing I’ll state about Mike Tyson, very knowledgable guy on a wide array of issues, tortured genius.

@Flea, those motherfuckers been ripping regular folk off since day one. Recession or not, those blood suckers get rich from the fat of land big time, the know how to hustle and we are naive enough to get hustled. If global anarchy ever breaks out, I think that old adage ‘eat the rich’ might come true, literally.
That Tyson flick is good, seek it out sometime, Michael Jai White plays a very good Tyson indeed. If memory serves me correctly George C Scott plays Cus and Paul Winfield plays Don King.
