American TV presenter/producer Don Cornelius has been sentenced to three years’ probation after entering a no contest plea on misdemeanour spousal battery charges.
The 72-year-old former Soul Train host/creator was arrested last October after police were called to his Hollywood home to deal with a domestic incident involving his wife Viktoria.
Doesn’t Don just look like the type of guy to drink one too many warm glasses of Crown Royal & then wake up the next morning apologizing?
The Don was also charged with “one of dissuading a witness from filing a police report.” Since he’s not an Italian don, let’s assume he offered to make sure the potential witness got a shot @ hosting the show…because we know they let anybody host Soul Train these days.
