I’m all for women’s empowerment (I was a womens studies minor in College, and that’s not even counting the extra-curricular activities I wasn’t given a grade for) BUT I just don’t like this woman’s music. Too unfocused, tries to hard be everything as an artists instead of focusing on being something.
But given the “girl power you twats” coming from TC, lol, I imagine when it’s review time she won’t be “TC’ed” hahaha…..word to the list of those ethered in the cigs ratings by the man.

See, I think her singing/poetry is cool. It’s her rapping that turns me off. She just needs to pick a lane, cause she’s a jack of all trades but master of none.

She’s cute and sexy, her music is aiiight. It’s hard for the femcees in hiphop’s current climate; they gotta be sexy AND have skills. Usually they’re hot as hell but can’t spit (Nicki Minaj), or have ill lyrics and look somewhat appealing (Jean Grae). Still, I think she should scrap the whole Lauryn Hill vibe and go with either rhyming or singing, no combination.
