Vick Approved For House Arrest
(AP) Imprisoned NFL star Michael Vick will be allowed to finish his sentence under home confinement because there is no room at a halfway house for him, a government official told The Associated Press Thursday.
Vick’s lawyers have said they expected him to be moved any day into a halfway house in Newport News. But because of a lack of space, Vick will be released instead to his Hampton home at some point on or after May 21, said the official, who has knowledge of the case but requested anonymity because the individual was not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.
^ seen that earlier. Glad to see dude getting out. Let’s hope he can walk the line…at least long enough to get his career & finances back in order.
House arrest is the devil for dudes who are prone to niggadry(I had to steal that….sorry), as Vick is. It’s always good to see a dude get out, but I know I’m not the only one semi-expecting an epic fail.
Those Vick boys just don’t seem to be wired right. But hopefully he can maintain.
