Nino Brown’s assassination at the hands of a disgruntled member of the community was actually a figment of his imagination. After his case was overturned due to prosecutors withholding evidence, Nino trades the coke life for the cake life in this epic tale of a hustler looking for true love on the sandy beaches of Miami.
Also starring Johntá Austin as G-Money, who reportedly only suffered a flesh wound, and Ice-T, who reprises his role as rouge cop Scotty Appleton solely because he shares the same disdain for Soulja Boy as Bow Wow.

Even when I viewed it for the first time circa 1992, I thought damn this is truly awful.
I’m so glad that the second and third rentals that day were Terminator 2 and Gladiator (the boxing one with Cuba Gooding Jnr and James Marshall).

By the way…i have to say…this could be a hit. That TLC sample is well timed. Although it’s kinda weird when Johnta Austin comes out of nowhere to sing the bridge to the OG. Bow Wow stays makin songs for the 106 crowd. It ain’t like that parental advisory sticker’s gonna stop em from scooping.
^ He really didn’t need that bridge. It doesn’t even sound like it was suppose to be apart of the song.
And I know that T.I. (And every other rapper) wrote for him, but now it seems that Bow Wow took his whole mannerisms.
