It’s been one hellavu nostalgic joyride with the flurry of B.I.G. coverage since Notorious hit theaters. The man’s been dead nearly twelve years and he’s hotter than some of these so-called next generation rookies.

It’s interesting to see my 10th grade students discussing Biggie…if, “yo, did you see Notorious” counts as discussing. Many of them haven’t a clue as to what they are talking about (not even in the “youngins don’t know a thing sense” but more that it’s tough to grasp who/what Big and Pac were/are when the current debate is over whether Wayne is the illest)…and I can still remember how his passing really shook me as a senior in high school, the game really never has been the same since.
good video. Simple. Gets the point across. Lighting and everything is on point too. One of the most interesting things about this recent surge of attention into the spirits of one of the best to ever do it has been the view points and words of people that actually knew the man. Sad that he’s gone. He def. livin through his family kiss and others who were close to him. I have no doubt of that.

I Wish him and pac were still here to see the beautiful and ugly times we have had without them. Erone quotes them or mentions them in a song no matter if they say they didn’t feel them (aka lil wayne) cannot no body touch them two niggas to a certain point cuz they names still ring and i dont think that will ever die even wit the movie being the last thing to go out.
