The musical and lyrical style reminds me very much of vintage 1995.

I’m all for going retro, but I think the mindset has evolved too much for folks to get up and take notice of material like this.

But you’re right, can’t expect everyone to come out with a new style, so I guess if the old blueprint still works for heads, then you might as well go ahead and use it.

All we need now is an Extra P remix with the sleigh bells jingling on the beat.
