The problem is that most athletes and entertainers RARELY hire qualified security. They give their boy (who is 6’5″ and usually out of shape) from the hood some cash to be there if something goes down.

They make sure he is legally able to carry a gun, but he usually has no true security background – so bad things always happen.

I go through a company.

MMA background is a must…

And so is being intelligent.

You do not always have to pull a gun.

BTW – no one EVER knows I have security attached to me. They remain close enough to handle a situation should any knuckleheads try and take what is mine (or be stupid), yet far enough away that I do not feel as if they are kickin’ it with me.

Carrying a gun is not for me. Too many things can go wrong.

Case in point – say Plax did have someone try to rob him at that club.

Now he is facing a murder charge without a permit to carry in N.Y.
