Say what you will… but Love Me All Summer, Hate Me All Winter was doper than the majority of R&B albums released last year (and had a dope title to match).
I think he is experiencing a real sophomore slump with this one because from the songs that were sent my way… none of them have that “hit” single appeal like the last one did… but I am hoping that he comes through.
(Love/Hate was seriously an album that I would put on during long drives and never hit skip)

@TRA: I would argue that Hip Hop had a pretty decent 2008, and is poised to have an even better 09. No way is it 98 again, but I think a number of solid releases and acts graced record shelves and download links this year, and there was some definite progression that hinted at some good things to come.
