Charles Hamilton always seems to garner an amazing amount of passionate responses any time he’s mentioned. He hasn’t dropped an album yet, but people are so polarized, claiming he’s either the most creative rapper out or just plain garbage. Well, while you cats are arguing, Charles is quietly dropping some damn good music. He’s been on a roll the last few mixtapes with It’s Charles Hamilton and The L Word being particularly strong. So before you drop the comments, take a moment and listen.
If you know anything about Hamilton’s music, you’ll know that he reps his November 10th birthday like it’s his record label. So Mr. Sonic himself is celebrating his 21st birthday (give or take a day) right here at TSS with Sonic The Hamilton. It’s time for the party.

For a second I thought it was dropping a day early.
HE’s is young and raw. But not beanie sigel young and raw where he had a style that was full of awesome raps, infinite bars, and life experiance that really seperated. To me he’s more like like lil wayne meaning he’s probably five years away from being truly great. All we can do is wait and see if he’s hungry enough to develop.right now he’s ok but exceptional.
I’m digging the “Black Album meets Sonic” cover lol. Dude has gotten better with each tape & I’m hoping this one is no exception. I mean, He’s putting out a mixtape through the best hip-hop blog on the net, so he’s gotta come with it (no pressure CH lol).

Good luck to the guy he is obviously a product of the late 80s and is now ushering in the next school of artists.
Maybe I won’t be able to relate to all of it, however, I’m prepared to give it a whirl based on the Sonic The Hedgehog and Sega Genesis references, I was a still a young gun when these dropped and I’m interested to see if I can relate to anything that Charles Hamilton is bringing to the table, even though I’m quite a few years senior than him.

People may think that you are buggin but let them have what was given to them in terms of the rules that they live by.
