“Day Dreamin, Stay Schemin’”
AUDIO By Gotty™ on November 8, 2008 at 11:06 pmIn The Blogger Handbook, Amendment 12 states that every six to nine months, we are required to share either Nas or Jay’s LOAL collective. Since Nas is more skull caps & Timbs, we’ll opt for his during these cool winter days & nights.

“Day Dreamin’, Stay Schemin’”=Worst Nas song ever
Nah B. “Smokin’” off “Stillmatic” was audio Ambien.
“Zzzz….”
So we’re discussing the worst Nas song?
Braveheart Party.
Nas’ worst song:
Anything off Illmatic.
If you think I’m serious I pity you.

I had all up given up on Nas during the “Nastradamus” and “I Am” years because he made so much wack shit that I was convinced we’d never get Nas back.
Thanks Jay!
One.
I just got back from seeing Asher Roth at UMD, that guy can carry a crowd. And dude was cool enough to walk through the crowd and talk to us before his set.
I’m pissed I didn’t get to meet Rosenberg though.
@ Shail
Ok fuck this. This is not fair. You guys get Asher Roth, Wale, and whoever the fuck else I wanted to see and UD gets O.A.R and T-Pain? Seriously?
This will teach me for not going to my state school.
Shail – bastard. j/p

You know the funny thing about “Smokin” and “Braveheart Party???” They both appear on Stillmatic which is a classic record for more reasons than its not. So while those songs is weak sauce delight, they don’t really have the ring out as much as they should
I do have the entire Beyonce album if you’re interested Amp lol. That joint was in the Loosies while back too
I’m missin a couple of joints. I know it’s a 2CD set, but I only have a handfull of songs from both discs.
Up that link lol.
And yeah, “Stillmatic” had a couple clunkers, but the bright spots are brilliant.
yeah ! already have dys l!brary i
oww iii
chec out my page for an exclusive clip of Nas and 9th Wonder at Rock The Bells…

Gotty or anybody else for that matter.
Please can one of you oblige in uploading DAS EFX ‘What Goes Around’ from their Generation Efx album? I’ve not heard that track in eons and would be very grateful indeed.
Nas’s worst trac is probably coming off the Street’s Disciple album…probably the song called “the makings of a perfect bitch”…
[that's just thinking off the top of my head I don't have dudes who discography in front of me, let me pull it out, then I'll tell you the worst Nas song]
that song he did with the funny voice…
“nyahh, shee”
^ Some cats actually dig that joint. I’m not one of em, but outta respect for those cats (who are obviously confused, by the way lol) I just gloss over that stinker & go to the next boo boo burger on Nas’s discog.
can anybody tell me the time in which nas was recording the lost tapes tracks cuz to me that whole shit is heat… esspecially poppa was a playa and Du-rags and No Ideas orginal
Bad Boy Records – Cassie ; the newest memb(h)er of Danity Kane…
oWw !!
^ Really?! That’s a “strange” move for Puff.
can anybody tell me the time in which nas was recording the lost tapes tracks cuz to me that whole shit is heat… esspecially poppa was a playa and Du-rags and No Ideas orginal
=======================================
If I’m not mistaken, all of those tracks were supposed to be on the originial NaStradamus album when it was gonna be a 2-disc release… but due to bootlegging, he only gave us half the heat on I Am…, and a bunch of trash on the “released” version of Nastradamus.
Not even sure if that bootlegging was because of the Internet back then. Somebody straight stole his shit. lol
GD is ten years old.
Goooood Lookin!
GD is ten years old.
x2
Off top I like any Nas song where he tells a story. Including the one where he talks like a mobster on Hip Hop is Dead. That was some mad creative music right there. His worst work has to either be on Nastradamus or Streets Disciple. Both albums had good songs, too, but he wasn’t inspired or challenged and it shows. I feel like the song Nastradamus was the worst song b/c not only did it suck, but he actually used it as the first single for the album.
Braveheart Party has to be the WORST Nas song ever.
uploading these on Mediafire was a nice touch *hinthint*

thanks, these will make a nice addition to the library
glad these are being listened to by the masses.. hope everyone enjoys! lots of unreleased stuff in here..
There’s a lot of nice hard to find gems, but what’s up w/ the remixes? There are a shit load of Illmatic remixes that I’ve read about that never seem to show up. Q-TIp, Large Professor & Buckwild are just a few who remixed Illmatic tracks. I saw a post the other day that had a L.E.S. remix to One Love. Alas…the links were all dead though.
Imma fan of the “Funny Voice Sh!t” word to Joey Buddens
If you didn’t like that you probably didn’t like the “Rewind” joint either.. and thats your choice.. but its so LAMEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
L.A. is so celebrity-conscious, there’s a restaurant that only serves Jack Nicholson — and when he shows up, they tell him there’ll be a ten-minute wait. (Bill Maher) :P
