Anyways…
His next album, Crime Pays, will drop hopefully before we finish the decade.

Cam’Ron is a full fledged joke right now. Plenty of talent gone to waste. DipSet had the streets locked for a sec.
Let’s face it, Cam didn’t have publicity training. Usually it’s not needed. But when you’re a rapper of his caliber, status, and income bracket, he should’ve gotten a media coach.
He’s still a cold rapper.
Damn people really gave up on Cam? Clearly he made himself look stupid in that 60 minute interview and Jim/Juelz have remained more relevant lately but I think when the album gets closer Cam fans will come out of hiding and support him

Say what you want, but Killa can still spit. Dude is the one who even made Jimmy/Juelz relevant to begin w/. Sure he has faded into the background but I kinda like that-especially after the O’Reily interview. He was becoming too much of a clown so I kinda respect the fact that he went into hiding for a while. I mean admit it, the only reason you all (including me) own a pink/purple-T or other piece of clothing is cause of Cam. Dipset was THE SHIT while I was in high school. Times have changed….Cam just needs to use the vocoder like Kanye’s fool ass, then he will be popular again.
I agree w/ j pap, when this cd drops (by 2011) all the Cam fans will come out of hiding also.
Food for thought: Where does S.D.E. fit in terms of albums-Good, Great, Shitty? Personally it’s one of my favorite rap albums.
Damn I just rambled a lot of shit, but seein Cam again got me all giddy an watnot.

Cam set himself up by being on probation, in a rap beefs, a family drama, and challenging the police on TV in an election year + max b caught up in alleged murder case @ that time all shined back on Cam negative.

Dipset was successful because of Cam’s charisma and wordplay
Juelz isn’t as charismatic but he can flow (I only checked him out because he got pushed so hard by the purple one on mixtapes and albums – got the bootleg of From Me 2 U and a couple of Back Like Cooked Cracks – gave them away soon after – couple of songs got copied)
Jim Jones is all charisma and no flow (he’s got Fiddy-itis – better in interviews than on record)
JR Writer mimeographed Cam’s cadence but suffers also from lack of charisma
Hell Rell has charisma in scads and a decent enough flow
Freeky Zeeky sing all the hooks
I thoroughly enjoyed Public Enemy #1
I still bump Purple Haze
I am looking for my copy of Come Home With Me
Cam still has skills
Crime Pays should be classic. KIlla mos def has a lotta shit to get of his chest.
