I can’t say I like R.Les, but I definitely support and respect him.
There aren’t very many gifted people in the industry, and this man, without doubt is one of the standing few. If not for the fact that by the age of 19 he was already a Harvard graduate, maybe for the fact that he can play more instruments than you hear on your average song, or because he held a record for the number of people watching him before he even had a record out.
He makes the beat, lays the vocals and proceeds to be his own featuring emcee.
Surely, Kanye West must sit down to take notes when this man steps into a studio.
As well we all should.

Yeah, maybe on the set of the video, she was getting ready for her spots and R. Leslie grabbed her hand and stuck it in his pants while giving her an Austin Powers grin. So she couldn’t possibly find the courage to do the video after that. Pretty sure that’s what happened.
