I posted this joint yesterday but it went under the radars of most I presume.
What Diplo managed to do was take what was a mundane but pretty little ditty & infuse some Miami bass into it, making it one of those joints that can keep the middle segment of the party moving.
Since they’re all reppin Dade, Diplo needs to get Trina or Trick Daddy on a track to see if he can make them relevant again. I’m envisioning a bass-heavy track with Trina rollerskating & shaking her tush in the video.

“Mundane but pretty,” defines John Legends lane for me. I love his material, but I wish he would take some more dynamic risks and really indulge in some music that’s a little more left of center.
