this nigga is an opportunist – using imagery of the downtrodden & shitted upon in his new little video to make it seem like he’s for the people…ha!

Sir Teef of Estelle
Our support for Obama needs to be discreet & quiet – Obama doesn’t need idiots like Jeezy rocking his little t-shirt as some sort of fashion statement to make it seem like he’s down with some new movement for the people when all the nigga is concerned with is stacking some paper for his own damn self.
Crackers look at pics like this & think, “Oh great – some rapper guy is supporting Hussein Obama. Is Barack the Hip-Hop President now?”

^^^ same with Luda makin’ the Obama song for “The Preview”…it just gives fuckin idiots like Bill O’Reilly an opportunity to connect Obama and his ideals with whatever O’Reilly’s audience thinks (or is told) about Luda, and hip-hop in general…there’s nothing wrong with trying to get the youth/hip-hop/black culture out to vote…but hopefully we don’t need to be told who to vote for at this point…trust that these right-wing douchebags will do any- and everything in their power to try to discredit Obama and his values (remember the swift boat?)…the last thing he needs is rappers throwing his name around and adding more fuel to the fire…this is the kind of dumb shit that always loses elections for democrats…somebody gives the right wing something (however inconsequential) for them to latch on to and drill into peoples’ heads like, for example, “Barack Obama is supported by drug dealers and women haters like Young..Jeezy is it? and Ludacris”

“Is Barack the Hip-Hop President now?”
Even Barack don’t wanna be the hiphop president. We had a hiphop mayor in Detroit and you saw what happened there.
Anyway, B’obama knows that he can’t be seen as too black too strong (word to Chuck) so he’s not gonna embrace anything Black or “street” without openly criticizing it first. Remember:
“i like hiphop but…” Dude came to my church on Fathers’ Day and said “Black men are cool, but…”
So all the rappers in the world rockin’ shirts, etc. won’t hurt OB(ie Trice.) Unless i McCain gets so desperate as to link him to some BS Obama-rap crap.
But you never know. Obama’s had to distance himself from supporters he doesn’t even know (Farrakhan) just to appease mainstream media an voters.
maybe Jay-Z or 50 will open their mouths and sink dude in Nov.

luda actually supports him..he had a fundraiser for obama
jeezy? who knows wut he has done for obama
i still find it funny how rappers are seen as radical while the KKK death threats seem to be accepted
it seems that any critcism of republicans is viewed as radical(dixie chicks) while any opposition of democrats is labeled as”usin first ammendment rights”

i’m not calling into question the rappers’ sincerity and motivation behind “supporting” Obama (although maybe i should)…i’m just saying, realize that if you put yourself out there like that, you could definitely end up hurting the guy (and movement) you’re supposed to be helping.
republicans are good at shaping public perception against their opponents and downplaying/spinning their own shit…they’re just plain better at it than democrats are…so the last thing democrats need is for anybody to give them ammo.
and it won’t take McCain getting nervous…groups completely unassociated with his campaign can make political ads to assissinate Obama’s character…that’s why i said “remember the swift boat” …the shit they did to Kerry that helped lose him the election.
and John Edwards getting caught having an affair on his cancer-stricken wife isn’t doing wonders for the dems PR right now either, by the way.

“I’m tired of Obama T-shirts ”
Same here.
A friend of mine was the first person I saw rockin the one Jeezy has on and he isn’t into Obama, politics, or voting but hes a huge Shepard Fairey fan. Why he felt the need to rock the Obama tee instead of any of the other thousand Shepard Obey shirts I have no idea.
Back to Jeezy…I’m feelin this track alot more than Crazy World.
