I hate running w/ a passion the only time I do that shit is when i’m on the court hooping and when I have to do a PT Test (I’m in the air force) twice a year.

I stick w/ the exercise bike and the elliptical machine (which is the shit! low impact on the knees)…

I fux w/ Willie but La is kinda hit or miss with me at times… I gotta homie from Grand Rapids despite La frontin’ like he was from BK they still worship that nigga aside from Money Mayweather…

totally off topic but…

I was working on a breakdown of the movie samples used on GFKs classic “Ironman” on my blog. I did it because in my humble opinion the movie samples combined with the soul samples tied that album together into a classic!

While researching I realized that I didn’t have the track “The Soul Controller” on my copy.

So I had to research that and I found out it was left off of later releases dude to sample clearance issues…dang!

does anybody had a link for that track!? I will be forever in your debts!!
