@Flea: I think my youthful exuberance of running 40-60 miles a week in HS without proper stretching (its not just a clever name–I used to be a pretty decent distance runner), and years of very regular blazing and hooping (how many minor injuries did I just not notice? lol) are taking their toll…

@ TrackStar: Yeah, running fucks your body up QUICK!!! I have friends who have ran track in their high-school days who now have ailments like crazy now. Even b-ball kills your joints with all the running, jumping, and constant stop & go movement. I just do body-weight exercises and cardio, plus some weights. I look better now than I did in high-school!!! To bad the chicks I used to fuck with don’t!!! LOL!!!

I was working on a breakdown of the movie samples used on GFKs classic “Ironman” on my blog. I did it because in my humble opinion the movie samples combined with the soul samples tied that album together into a classic!
While researching I realized that I didn’t have the track “The Soul Controller” on my copy.
So I had to research that and I found out it was left off of later releases dude to sample clearance issues…dang!
does anybody had a link for that track!? I will be forever in your debts!!

I hate running w/ a passion the only time I do that shit is when i’m on the court hooping and when I have to do a PT Test (I’m in the air force) twice a year.
I stick w/ the exercise bike and the elliptical machine (which is the shit! low impact on the knees)…
