Sometimes, this man is entirely too underrated. Two platinum albums, two gold albums and a fifth on the way; yet his portfolio still fails to precede his talent.
Although Mr. Johnson is normally known for a more classical and neo-soul feel, its is bold and laudable of an artist to diversify and try something new.
I’m just hoping he’s not too adventurous with the rest of the album.

Musiq consistently puts out good albums, so I definitely agree that he’s a bit underrated. I’m not too big on this one, but hopefully the rest of the album isn’t on some “experimental” shit like this first single
