The release date of T.I.’s upcoming album, “Paper Trail,” has changed againâ€¦for the 4th time. The album will now release on September 30th.

T.I.’s publicist explains that the rapper’s is shooting the video for the first official single “Whatever You Like” today and they need more time.

T.I.’s promotional single, “No Matter What”, released in late April has since reached No. 42 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
