wow, this is amazing. I prefer the full (1-3) version for the complete thought; the leaked pt's overlap a bit too much. He really spells out everything anyone could claim "killed" hiphop.

Truth is, hiphop hasn't died. It's evolved quite a bit. Many, many subgenre's now, but its all hiphop to me (i go for the more expansive definition and I'm not goin thru that arguement again here & now). There's still alot of good music, alot more bad music. More music to listen to all together, more access to music. Yeah, it can be tedious to sift through sometimes to find the diamonds but they're there. Fact is, your not gonna hear it on the radio anymore, well the po folks, like AM/FM normal radio. You have to subscribe to a satellite service to hear good music on the radio; kinda the route TV has gone. Otherwise, sift through on the net. The game definitely changed greatly. If the music industry would have embraced technology back in the napster days, I think they'd be sitting alot better. Now, they have a full bred piracy infastructure that they can't begin to ever stop pfft specially with sueing all the fans. They're lawsuits don't even affect the infastructure, aiming at the wrong end of the heiarchy (sp?). Then there's radio media giants, due to deregulation. Don't forget iTunes, while they were a good innovator, its never good to have one big fish in the pond. I dunno, just my opinion.

Not many people can go 16 mins on target, same beat with the fierocity and reality spoken here.

This is one of the best if not the best song you are going to hear in todays rap game. This song reminds us all of what hip-hop used to be and what it was meant to do. Entertain and inspire minds. This record is pure hip-hop and pure fire. Shocking hip-hop back to life like the doctor do but no the one from "The Watcher 2"
