Lauryn with Ye? Ewww… he’d be loopin’ up all her old ish and calling it new. I think dude is just… well… i’m just in love with everything that comes out of his ProTools as everybody else is.
I’d luv to see Lauryn get down with actual music producers and writers. Some Ne-yo, John Legend, Betty Wright, some ?uesto or J. Rawls… Maybe a James Poyser or an Alicia Keys.
Maybe a Carol King, even.
Ms. boogie needs (among other things) real musicians to get with–the whole submit-a-beat-tape hot producer thing just doesn’t work for her.
