   RIP to Miami nightspot Karu & Y (Fat Joe’s “I Wont Tell”). Dudes invested 22 Million into the venue, singned a 20 year GUARANTEED lease (haha) and closed down yesterday less than 2 years after opening. Talk about all time flops.
