The track that I have on repeat from Biggavelli is “Blow Me A Dub”, he fuckin’ KILLS the beat and the hook is supa-ill!!! Anybody heard the song that he did with Dame Grease called “Connecticut Kush”? Shit bangs too! Max B has swag like Jim Jones but his is a little more unique. @ Dao: K-OS??? You mean homie from Canada??? Enh, I don’t even think that dude is worthy of his own shots; he kinda sucks in my opinion. Blu or Wale most definitely, but to each his own I guess. Can’t listen to that shit all day though, variety is good. Hence, we have guys like Max B to listen too.
If you think k-os sucks and I can’t understand why anyone would like Max B then we’re on a completely different wavelength, and that’s fine. I’m not going to try to argue because our tastes are obviously a little different. I just don’t think that Max B has or will do anything relevant or anything that will change anyones lives.
And I know for a fact that k-os has done that and will continue to. He’s an amazing musician, not just a rapper and he finds other subjects to write songs about. I’d probably be willing to put money down saying that every song Max B has done has been done before.

In regards to “why Max” and the statement above, above all, music is entertainment. I hate to always say this, but when wasn’t nobody screamin bout Max, I know I was (don’t make me dig up links).
He’s no the best anything & if anyone should learn something from him , it’d be “don’t follow me.” But musically, he’s a cool change of pace & makes some songs that anybody can sorta singalong to, nahmean.
Indeed, I guess one of our strengths is we really don’t cater to one of the spectrum. We bounce around & touch whatever we’re in the mood for, which is pretty much akin to most cats who come here with their own diverse tastes.
