I dont see the big deal with this song it’s not all that.The sample is whatever and the drums SUCK.
MF DOOM used this joint before to great effect. rza’s version is nice but i prefer dooms as he’s a better emcee.
MF Doom’s version is better, the chorus on this is weak, and the lyrics just seem to be a history lesson for the kids who are too young to know who Wu are…

this sample was used for Ill Bill on the What’s Wrong With Bill? solo album a few years back as well but Mos Def is the most recent artist i heard rocking it…
RZA needs a guest MC and some sort of narrative for this video – the title sequence is cool but I feel like it took up possible verse time – if he is still at odds with the recognizable members of Wu why not put on Young Monk or Cilvaringz? they are both nice, loyal and wouldn’t eclipse the Abbot on this track
