The little homie H.E.R. shot this to me last night & I’ve been spinning it all morn. Circa 2003, it’s a beat tape composed by Mr. West & his circle, well before he blew up. Kanye’s animated narrations about the music, a la “Last Call,” make it all the more worth a listen.
Today I learned that Kanye was behind the boards for “You Made Me” off the Harlem World album.
